Our client located in Shelbyville, KY is looking for a Bilingual HR Generalist to join their team:
Description:
- Will have oversite for two facilities
- Responsible for talent acquisition and oversee onboarding and training
- Management of employee relations and disciplinary procedures
- Review of payroll entry and attendance
- Ensure compliance and safety
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required with 3 years of progressive HR experience
- ADP WFN required
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
Salary up to $80K-- This position is fully onsite.
