Duties
- Assist with assembly line operations by handling parts, tools, and materials to support production flow
- Operate forklifts and power tools safely to move raw materials, finished products, and supplies around the facility
- Use hand tools for assembly, repairs, or adjustments as needed to maintain equipment and product quality
- Support warehouse activities such as loading, unloading, sorting, and organizing inventory
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all tasks to ensure a secure work environment
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify mechanical issues early
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and maintain efficiency
Qualifications
- Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly line processes is advantageous
- Experience operating forklifts and power tools is a strong plus; certification is a bonus
- Hands-on experience with hand tools and basic mechanical tasks required
- Warehouse experience or familiarity with inventory management is beneficial
- Ability to stand, lift heavy objects, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
