What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support the leasing team, reviewing all leasing paperwork and approving applications
- Own the community’s renewal program and ensure leasing goals are achieved
- Conduct tours, manage prospects, and follow up to close the deal
- Train and motivate Leasing Consultants to ensure top-tier performance
- Maintain accurate knowledge of pricing, availability, market conditions, and lease expirations
- Collaborate with marketing to support promotions and outreach
- Foster excellent resident relations and deliver outstanding customer service
- Inspect vacant apartments and assist in maintaining curb appeal
- Monitor Fair Housing compliance and maintain organized records

Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- At least 1 year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
