What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support the leasing team, reviewing all leasing paperwork and approving applications
• Own the community’s renewal program and ensure leasing goals are achieved
• Conduct tours, manage prospects, and follow up to close the deal
• Train and motivate Leasing Consultants to ensure top-tier performance
• Maintain accurate knowledge of pricing, availability, market conditions, and lease expirations
• Collaborate with marketing to support promotions and outreach
• Foster excellent resident relations and deliver outstanding customer service
• Inspect vacant apartments and assist in maintaining curb appeal
• Monitor Fair Housing compliance and maintain organized records

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• At least 1 year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
