What You’ll Do
- Clean and maintain offices, clubhouses, laundry rooms, vacant apartments, and shared amenities
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize floors, walls, appliances, and more
- Report maintenance and repair needs to the Service Manager
- Keep storage areas tidy and supplies stocked
- Assist in preparing apartments for move-in
- Support other maintenance staff with seasonal or special projects
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies

- No prior cleaning or maintenance experience required
- Strong attention to detail and customer service focus
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Comfortable using cleaning equipment and tools
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
