What You’ll Do:
- Maintain a visible presence throughout the property by walking the grounds daily
- Respond to noise complaints and help de-escalate situations professionally
- Assist residents with lockouts and other non-emergency needs
- Monitor common areas like pools, laundry rooms, and fitness facilities
- Check lighting and report maintenance needs to the management team
- Observe and report vandalism, suspicious activity, or vehicle violations
- Support overall community safety through routine patrols
- Contact local law enforcement when appropriate, in accordance with policy

What We’re Looking For:
- Active or retired law enforcement officer OR military background
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain calm and professionalism in all situations
- Detail-oriented with excellent observational skills
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and follow company policies
