What are the responsibilities and job description for the GROUNDS MAINTENANCE FULL-TIME position at Arlington Park Association Inc.?
Maintenance, renovation, restoration, and upkeep of the organizations buildings, mechanical and electrical systems and grounds.
Simple electrical circuits, switches, outlets, Basic plumbing: water heaters, lavatories, toilets, etc.
Maintain grounds, landscape, snow removal parking lots and streets.
Swimming pools, tennis courts.
Mechanical ability to work on trucks, mowers, tractors.
High School diploma, valid driver's license, able to work overtime, evenings and weekends, as well as emergency call in. Drug screen and Background check prior to employment

Pay $17.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience
