Primary Purpose:
- To enroll and withdraw students and maintain student records.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution (required)
- General Clerical Experience

- Computer knowledge/experience

Major Responsibilities:
Specific Responsibilities and Duties
- Enrolls new students
- Sets up cumulative folder for students new to AISD
- Acquires transcripts and immunization records.
- Requests cumulative folders for AISD transfer students.
Maintain cumulative folders
- Files transcripts and other pertinent information.
- Post test scores.
- Adds grade stickers at the end of the year.
- Receives folders from junior high schools for new sophomores.
- Sends folders for graduating seniors to media center.
Withdraws students
- Prepares withdrawal form and coordinates withdrawal procedures.
- Sends records to AISD receiving school for transfer students.
- Sends transcripts and other records to receiving district for students moving to another city.
- Completes reports as necessary.
Performs other duties as assigned.
