What You’ll Do:
- Keep the grounds, walkways, stairways, and public areas clean and debris-free
- Assist with routine property maintenance and cleaning tasks
- Report repair and maintenance needs to the Service Manager
- Perform basic maintenance and help prepare units for new residents
- Maintain neat and organized work and storage areas
- Support the maintenance team with move-outs and turnovers
- Help with seasonal tasks such as snow or leaf removal
- Clean and maintain pool areas (where applicable)
- Adhere to all safety and company policies

What We’re Looking For:
- No prior maintenance or landscaping experience required
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Must be physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks daily
- Familiarity with hand and power tools is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
