What You’ll Do
As an Area Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind multiple properties, working closely with Community Managers to ensure performance, compliance, and resident satisfaction across the board. This isn’t your average desk job—you’ll be out in the field, solving challenges, coaching teams, inspecting communities, and collaborating with leadership on strategies that shape our future.
Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and mentoring Community Managers and on-site teams

Performing hands-on property visits and market evaluations

Qualifications
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (BA/BS)
- Multi-site property management experience required
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Experience with budget planning and performance monitoring
- CPM designation or candidacy preferred
Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly between properties
- Ability to lift and transport up to 15 pounds (documents/supplies)
- Must be able to work professionally, cooperatively, and respectfully with internal teams and residents
- Regular, reliable attendance is essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
