Come join our energetic, caring, and responsible staff in our day camps as a Day Camp Site Director. The ideal candidate will be available to work Monday-Friday, between six to nine hours daily.
This seasonal position runs June 16-August 8, with required training taking place the week of May 26th
The minimum age is 18 years old

Training:
May 29, 2025, 5 pm-9 pm
June 5, 2025 6:30 pm-9 pm
June 11, 2025 9:30 am-2 pm
June 12, 2025 9:30 am-2 pm

Day Camp
June 16, 2025-August 8, 2025
Camelot (M-F) 9 am-3 pm (AM care 7-9 and PM care 3-6)
Essential Job Duties:
- Assign campers to counselor groups and manage attendance records
- Supervise, support, and evaluate Day Camp Counselors throughout the season
- Coordinate daily schedules, swim times, field trips, and extended camp hours
- Communicate regularly with site staff, parents, and inclusion partners (NWSRA)
- Oversee camper check-in/check-out, required forms, and medication distribution
- Collect and remit camp payments; manage and distribute camp apparel and supplies
- Lead staff meetings and assist with counselor training and development
- Follow and enforce safety protocols, incident reporting, and conduct policies
- Maintain accurate records, including attendance and permission forms
- Attend required trainings and ensure a clean, organized, and safe camp environment
