Full-Time Endodontic Assistant
Location: Palatine, IL
Schedule: Monday – Friday (No evenings or weekends!)

What You’ll Do
- Provide top-tier, caring chairside assistance during endodontic procedures.
- Maintain a calm, compassionate environment for patients who may be anxious.
- Ensure all clinical areas are prepped, sterile, and organized.
- Communicate clearly with patients regarding post-operative care and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with our team to keep the daily schedule running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2 years of dental assisting experience (strong knowledge of endodontic procedures and terminology is highly preferred).
- The Right Attitude: You are friendly, approachable, and a true team player.
- Coachability: You are willing to "learn our way" and value constructive feedback as a tool for growth.
- Communication: Excellent verbal skills and the ability to explain technical terms in a way patients understand.
