We're seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team As a key member of our staff, you'll have the opportunity to work on our vibrant properties, applying your expertise in irrigation, lawn care, and landscape maintenance to create healthy, inviting environments.
What You'll Do:
Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning to keep outdoor spaces pristine
Install, repair, and maintain property systems, including irrigation and lighting
Conduct regular lawn care routines, such as fertilizing, aerating, and weed control
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting, repairs, and cleaning
Report issues or concerns to management and collaborate to complete tasks efficiently
Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform routine maintenance to ensure longevity and safety

Requirements:
Proven experience in groundskeeping and maintenance preferred
Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively
Understanding of landscaping design principles and land improvement strategies preferred
Effective communication skills and a proactive attitude toward teamwork and safety protocols
Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
Willingness to work at multiple locations (3 locations in Phoenix West Valley)
