Marketing & Events Coordinator

Position Summary

The Marketing & Events Coordinator is responsible for managing community events and sponsorships, creating engaging content, and supporting social media and digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is creative, charismatic, and comfortable being on camera, with a passion for connecting with customers and representing the brand in the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of company participation in community events, sponsorships, and local partnerships, including evening and weekend events as needed

• Represent the company at events and on social media with a confident, professional, and engaging on-camera presence

• Oversee reputation management, including customer review generation, monitoring, and response strategies

• Assist with managing digital lead aggregator platforms by updating profiles, validating lead quality, and tracking return on ad spend (ROAS)

• Create and maintain a social media content calendar and deploy organic content across platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others

• Support SMS, email, and additional marketing campaigns as needed

• Assist with employee appreciation initiatives and internal culture and engagement programs

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency and timely execution of marketing initiatives

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum of 3 years of B2C marketing experience required

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative

• Charismatic, outgoing personality with comfort being on camera and engaging with the public

• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

• Experience in marketing coordination, event planning, or community engagement

• Familiarity with major social media platforms and content planning, creation, and execution

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed for events

• Experience with Monday.com, Canva, and Service Titan is a plus
