A Benefits Advisor works directly with small, local business owners to deliver voluntary benefits for their employees. It’s a key role from a well-known brand that helps owners ensure their employees can receive direct cash benefits should medical events occur. No experience necessary. All career backgrounds are welcome! Training is provided with our Sales Academy world-class training program. In fact, our local training program is so strong our team was ranked in the top 1% in the entire US for training-effectiveness and number of small business owners served. Compensation is discussed in detail with the hiring manager during the interview process.
