Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a large team of 16 staff members
- Ensure resident care meets quality and regulatory standards
- Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and policies
- Oversee safety protocols and emergency preparedness
- Communicate effectively with residents' families and guardians
- Manage crisis situations with professionalism and calm
- Provide staff training and development opportunities

Required Qualifications
- CPR and first aid certification
