Business Product Manager – Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
Our client, a regional bank in North Dallas, is seeking a Business Product Manager to drive business value across lending and retail banking by defining and prioritizing how Salesforce Financial Services Cloud enables core business processes.
The Role
- The Business Product Manager defines how Salesforce FSC supports complex banking relationships across the organization, ensuring the platform reflects current operations while guiding the adoption of more efficient and scalable practices.
- This role partners with stakeholders to understand workflow needs and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements that support day-to-day operations.
- This role defines and manages the product backlog, prioritizing work based on business value, user impact, and delivery considerations.
- The Business Product Manager works closely with Salesforce developers and technical leadership to deliver solutions that are scalable, practical, and aligned with long-term platform strategy, while ensuring all enhancements meet regulatory requirements and do not introduce operational risk.
- Success in this role is measured by adoption, usability, and the extent to which Salesforce enables more efficient and effective lending and relationship management processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 5–10 years of experience in banking or fintech, with deep expertise in lending and retail banking
- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Senior Business Analyst working with Salesforce, ideally Financial Services Cloud
- Ability to translate business needs into structured, buildable requirements for technical teams
- Strong prioritization and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance competing stakeholder demands
- Clear communication skills across both business and technical audiences
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, or Financial Services Cloud) preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce-native lending platforms (e.g., nCino) or other commercial lending systems (e.g., Finastra, Temenos, FIS) preferred
- Experience working in Scaled Agile environments, preferably using Azure DevOps
