Manufacturing Process Engineer (Entry–Senior Levels) — Northern Iowa

This role touches troubleshooting, process optimization, equipment, customer work, and day-to-day operations. You’ll learn a ton quickly and get meaningful ownership right away.
What You’ll Do
- Support daily production and troubleshoot process issues
- Improve and optimize processes for custom customer jobs
- Assist with equipment installs, upgrades, and efficiency projects
- Write/update SOPs, work instructions, and operator training
- Work closely with operators, maintenance, quality, and leadership
- Identify bottlenecks and streamline workflows
- Become the go-to engineer for assigned processes

Who This Fits
- BS in Chemical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Process Engineering
- Experience level open: 0–10 years
- Comfortable splitting time between office/lab and the production floor
- Strong troubleshooting instincts
- Curious, practical, and good at working with operators/maintenance
- Someone who likes variety and taking ownership
- Experience in food/ag/chemical/pharma is a plus
