ARLANXEO has a new career opportunity available for a Site Scheduler and Order Fulfillment Supervisor at our Orange, TX manufacturing site.
As a Site Scheduler and Order Fulfillment Supervisor, you will be responsible for production planning, inventory coordination and oversight for customer order fulfillment.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Supervise order fulfillment representatives to effectively handle the US Order Fulfillment process, focusing on OTIF while balancing cost to serve.
- Oversee transport coordination according to customer requirements and legal regulations including export clearance; transportation planning, tendering, loading and execution activities and providing updates on exceptions.
- Prepare and analyze the data needed to establish detailed production schedules by participating in site and regional production planning meetings and activities, regularly reviewing inventories, and planning and maintaining production process orders for the Orange site production of finished goods
- Ensure product availability considering optimum inventory levels across multiple warehouses; manage finished goods inventory for material selection, respecting customer specifications for quality, packaging, material and other requirements and for shipment coordination within SAP to meet on-time/in-full (OTIF) customer deliveries.
- Develop and implement strategic improvement projects with order fulfillment and 3rd party service providers to continually improve supply chain operations.
- Prepare and monitor Key Performance Indicators related to Order Fulfillment and finished goods inventory.
- Conduct complaint investigations related to NORAM shipments and carriers.
- Participate as an SAP key-user (MM, SD, TM, GLM modules) for implementation & enhancement projects and participate in other IT optimization programs as part of BU’s global supply chain organization.
In order to accomplish this you will possess:
- College degree with a focus in Business, Material Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain. 5 years relevant experience accepted in lieu of education
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Supply Chain or Logistics
- Previous leadership and supervisory experience
- Effective interpersonal skills to build solid working relationships with employees of all levels of the organization
- Excellent knowledge of SAP, S4/HANA and Microsoft Office required
- Strong knowledge of business processes in supply chain management, production planning, inventory management, quality and procurement.
