- Handle, sort, and package dairy products
- Train on all brine room basics- loading carts with cheese and marking vats
- Set-up, operate, adjust, and maintain packaging machines and equipment
- Clean and sanitize machinery

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of education and related experience, as well as mechanical aptitude. You should also be able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with others.
