What are the responsibilities and job description for the Weekend Chef @ Detox Facility position at Arkview Recovery Center?
Arkview Recovery Center is an inpatient substance use treatment center and is seeking a weekend Chef to prepare meals for our clients over the weekend. This individual would oversee all food preparation, prepare menus, monitor equipment quality and enforce safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
Requirements:
- Culinary school degree/diploma preferred.
- Past experience as a working chef
- Perfectionism in sanitation and quality control
- Ability to receive feedback and make improvements when needed
- ServSafe certification preferred
