As a Part-Time Service Technician you will:
- Support overnight field service operations across client properties in assigned territory
- Exit and re-enter the vehicle throughout the shift to perform hands-on work — including clearing sidewalks and drive aisles using a leaf blower
- Assist with field service tasks during as directed by supervisor
- Document completed work per Arkstone's service standards using our mobile app
- Maintain equipment in clean, functional condition and report any issues to supervisor before end of shift
- Represent Arkstone professionally on all client properties - uniform on, equipment clean, conduct professional
- Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company policies at all times
Required Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation to the yard in Orange, CA.
- Available to work overnight shifts including weekends
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs and handle physical field work independently.
- Comfortable working alone or in a small team outdoors at night
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and pre-employment screening.
Preferred Qualifications:
★ Prior experience in property services, landscaping, junk removal, cleaning, or general outdoor labor
★ Experience operating commercial equipment or power tools
★ Prior overnight or graveyard shift work experience
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
