Local non-medical HomeCare Company has a full time Lead Caregiver position
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s license
- 18 years or older
- Caregiving Experience and willing to be trained on all office duties as needed
- Must be able to handle last minute schedule changes
- Must be willing to travel on a daily basis and have reliable transportation
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be willing to fill in for call outs.
- Must be a team player and work well with others.
- Must be on time and dependable and available .
Responsibilities:
- following policies and procedures,
- leadership to employees.
- constant communication with Manager,
- Assist office as needed with Client intake paperwork
- Training caregivers in the field
- quality checks
- Work client schedules as needed
