Position Overview
A leading Biotech organization is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to lead and support the adoption and evolution of Agile methodologies across the organization within a highly regulated Life Sciences environment.
In this role, you will drive enterprise Agile transformation, optimize delivery processes, and enable high-performing teams while ensuring strict alignment with compliance, quality, and regulatory standards (including GxP).
The ideal candidate must have proven experience in regulated pharmaceutical/biotech environments, with strong understanding of compliance-driven delivery models and the ability to adapt Agile frameworks to environments requiring traceability, documentation, and regulatory control.
- Lead enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiatives in a regulated Life Sciences environment
- Implement and adapt Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) within GxP-compliant environments
- Ensure all Agile practices are aligned with regulatory standards (GxP, FDA, EMA) and audit requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business, quality, operations, regulatory)
- Assess Agile maturity and define continuous improvement roadmaps
- Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, leaders, and Agile teams
- Facilitate strategic workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions across regulated functions
- Identify process inefficiencies while ensuring full traceability and compliance control
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and compliance-driven delivery
- Support organizational change management in complex enterprise and regulated structures
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5 years of experience in Agile roles (Agile Coach, Scrum Master, etc.)
- Mandatory hands-on experience working in Life Sciences regulated environments (pharma, biotech, healthcare)
- Strong, proven knowledge and application of GxP compliance requirements (non-negotiable)
- Experience leading enterprise-scale Agile transformations
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) in regulated contexts
- Experience working with both technical and business stakeholders in compliance-driven environments
- Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Advanced English
