Role: Senior Java Developer / Lead Java Developer

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead architecture and development of complex, high-scale Java applications
- Mentor developers and drive engineering best practices
- Make key technical decisions and ensure clean, maintainable code
- Collaborate with product, QA, and business stakeholders
- Work closely with onshore and offshore teams for seamless delivery
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 10 years of strong hands-on Java experience
✔️ Deep expertise in Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate
✔️ Experience with Microservices, REST APIs, and Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
✔️ Proven ability to lead projects or teams end-to-end
✔️ Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Agile / Scrum experience
- Exposure to Angular or React
- Strong Git/version control knowledge
