Hiring Now: AI/ML Engineer – Gen AI & Agentic AI
Location: Iselin, NJ (Hybrid)
Note: Looking for an Independent Contractor only. H1B will not work for this role.
We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong exposure to Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and Azure OpenAI to support advanced AI initiatives within investment banking. This role involves building intelligent autonomous agents, RAG pipelines, and production-ready AI solutions.
Role Overview
The AI/ML Engineer will develop autonomous AI agents, build RAG-based systems, and deploy scalable LLM solutions within enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Azure OpenAI, Python, and financial services.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop autonomous AI agents for planning, decision-making, and Python-based automation
• Build and deploy LLM-based agents using LangChain, LangGraph, and custom frameworks
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs, databases, and cloud services
• Create and optimize end-to-end pipelines for training, testing, and production deployment (Azure ML)
• Leverage Microsoft Azure OpenAI services for AI model development
• Contribute to multi-agent architectures ensuring robustness and emergent behavior
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and industry regulations
• Keep up with the latest developments in RAG, Agentic AI, and Azure OpenAI
Qualifications
• 10 years of experience in AI/ML
• At least 2 years in agentic AI, autonomous systems, or multi-agent designs
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI
• Background in investment banking or financial services
• Strong NLP experience
• Deep understanding of RAG frameworks
• Proficient in Python
• Experience deploying scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions
• Knowledge of API integration and model deployment
Preferred Qualifications
• Azure or AI-related certifications
• Experience applying LLMs in finance
• Background in secure and scalable AI solution design
