What Success Looks Like

You'll also pitch in on a small portion of office management to get a feel for how we operate behind the scenes.
30–90 days - Build the business: Once the studio is live, the focus shifts to growth. You'll lead pre-sale membership planning, source and onboard instructors, and coordinate our soft launch, laying the groundwork for a thriving studio community.
6 months – 1 year - Run the studio: By this point, you'll be fully in the driver's seat. You'll manage a team that keeps the studio running day-to-day, coordinate instructor schedules, organize pop-up events and brand collaborations, and maintain a light load of office management responsibilities alongside it all.
This is a hands-on, hybrid role that blends:
This is not a passive or purely strategic role. You will be in the studio, in the tools, and in the details.
