Compensation Range: $120K - $140K

What You’ll Do
Revenue & Sales Execution
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, including discovery, demos, proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution
- Sell complex PEO solutions to SMB and mid-market clients
- Build trusted advisor relationships with founders, executives, HR leaders, and compliance stakeholders
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets in a consultative sales environment
- Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, referrals, and strategic partnerships
- Qualify opportunities effectively to ensure strong fit and long-term client success
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene
- Help design and refine sales playbooks, messaging, ICPs, and objection handling
- Provide feedback to leadership on product gaps, market needs, and competitive insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, payroll, compliance, and operations teams to close deals and onboard clients successfully
- Support early go-to-market efforts and evolving sales strategies as the company scales
- Other duties as assigned
- 3 years of experience in PEO, HRIS, payroll, or HR technology sales
- Experience selling into government contractors, DoD-adjacent companies, or regulated industries preferred
- Proven success closing complex B2B deals
- Experience managing a full sales cycle independently
- Comfortable operating in a startup or high-growth environment with ambiguity
- Strong executive presence with the ability to sell to senior decision-makers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
