Sr. Revenue Cycle Supervisor

Arkansas Talent Group is partnering with a respected and established healthcare organization in Little Rock, AR, to identify a Sr. Revenue Cycle Supervisor. This position will oversee daily revenue cycle operations, lead a team through 10 direct reports, and play a key role in improving billing performance, denials management, reimbursement, and patient financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and support a team of revenue cycle professionals through 10 direct reports, promoting accountability, collaboration, and professional development.
• Oversee daily revenue cycle operations, including billing, claims processing, denials management, and patient financial services.
• Analyze denial trends, identify root causes, and implement solutions to improve reimbursement and reduce future denials.
• Partner with internal departments to resolve complex billing and reimbursement issues.
• Monitor revenue cycle metrics, prepare reports, and identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with payer requirements, organizational policies, and industry regulations.
• Support ongoing process improvement initiatives that enhance revenue cycle performance and the patient financial experience.

Preferred Background

• 3 years Revenue cycle leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience in healthcare (Revenue Cycle Supervisors, Billing Supervisors, Patient Accounts Supervisors, and similar professionals ready for the next step are encouraged to apply)
• Experience across key revenue cycle functions such as billing, claims, denials, reimbursement, and/or patient financial services.
• Experience in hospital, physician practice, or other healthcare revenue cycle environments; high-volume or specialty billing experience is a plus.
• Experience with an EMR/EHR or practice management system; Epic experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
