Arkansas Talent Group is seeking multiple Documentation Specialists to support our client, a well-known Financial Services organization in North Little Rock, AR, during a large-scale data consolidation project. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills as you'll help transition 10,000 documents into a new, streamlined information management system.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, organize, and categorize large volumes of financial and operational documents.
- Digitally consolidate and upload files into a centralized electronic system with complete accuracy.
- Verify data integrity, ensuring consistency and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Identify and report discrepancies or missing documentation to project leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain progress toward project timelines and goals.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in documentation management, data entry, or records administration preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management tools (e.g., SharePoint, DocuSign, Adobe).
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently within established procedures.
Assignment Details
- Duration: Temporary project, estimated 3–6 months.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours (onsite).
- Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
