Commercial SBA Loan Closer (REMOTE)

Arkansas Talent Group is partnering with an exciting FinTech Company to help them find a Commercial SBA Loan Closer for their organization. In this newly created position due to growth you will play a vital role as the designated Commercial SBA Loan Closer. You will be responsible for functions related to the complete loan closing process for both SBA loans and conventional loans, including but not limited to managing loan pipeline, coordinating loan closings, preparing and reviewing complex loan documents.Position is remote eligible, with a strong preference for candidates located in EST.What you will do:Process loan files to meet all required criteria in a timely manner.Prepare documentation for commercial and SBA loans, renewals, modifications, subordinations, amendments and waivers/exceptions.Coordinate and communicate with borrowers, title companies and/or attorneys to schedule closings, prepare documents, review and instructions as necessary.Ensure all loan documents are complete, accurate and properly filed by verifying signatures, execution, dates, collateral, and all other supporting documents.Review, collect and/or prepare required documentation such as borrower injection, debt refinance support, leases, business evaluations and franchise eligibility for SBA loans.Track loan volumes and provide data for pipeline reports.Complete Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and other legal filings in a timely manner.Maintain a working knowledge of government guaranty programs and procedures.Maintain compliance with and adhere to all state and federal regulations and bank policies and procedures, including, but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, FACT ACT, Community Reinvestment Act, and EEO/AA/Fair Employment Practices.What you will have:High school degree or equivalent work experience 3 years experience in a financial institution1 years Commercial SBA loan closing experienceIn-depth knowledge of loan products, functions, documentation, policies, and procedures as required by bank policy, state, and federal regulators Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills in fast-paced environmentsHigh attention to detail and ability to evaluate problems to provide effective solutionsMaintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretionProficient and MS Office products and departmental softwarePerks:Competitive compensation, bonusGenerous health coverage benefits401K with 100% match of the first 3%, 50% on the next 3% Generous PTOOpportunity to work with an ambitious group of entrepreneurs.Position is remote eligible, with a strong preference for candidates located in EST.Please directly apply or reach out to Jennifer Thompson on LinkedIn Arkansas Talent Group is a Permanent Placement Recruiting Firm, all considerations will be held confidential
