Swim Instructor (No Experience Needed — We Train You!)
We're looking for both full-time and part-time swim instructors, deck leaders, and lifeguards. At Arkansas Swim Academy, we’re on a mission to prevent childhood drowning and build lifelong confidence in the water—and we’re looking for enthusiastic team members to help us do it.
You don’t need prior swim instructor experience to apply. If you bring energy, a positive attitude, and a love for working with kids, we’ll provide the rest—including paid training.

What You’ll Do
- Teach swim lessons using our proven curriculum
- Ensure a safe, positive, and encouraging learning environment
- Communicate with parents about student progress
- Water watch, enforce safety standards, and respond quickly in emergencies
- Support your team and deliver an exceptional customer experience
What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Passion for working with children
- Ability to work in the water and lift up to 50 lbs
Requirements
- Willingness and Ability to obtain Lifeguard (Shallow Water Attendant), CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (we provide opportunities to obtain certification)
- Previous experience working with children is a plus
- Swim instruction or coaching experience is helpful, but not required
