We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Bella Vista, AR to support an individual who enjoys staying active and involved in the community. The individual is friendly, kind, and enjoys playing Solitaire, listening to music, spending time with family and friends, and visiting the mall, parks, movies, and seasonal festivals. They value a structured routine, exercise regularly, and benefit from encouragement with daily routines and healthy habits. The ideal DSP will promote independence while encouraging meaningful community involvement and helping the individual maintain an active, fulfilling lifestyle.

What You'll Need to Succeed (Qualifications)

• Age: Must be 18 years or older.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or 1 year of relevant experience.
• Clearances: Ability to pass all required background checks and screenings.
• Mobility: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (essential for community outings).
• Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends or fill-in shifts as needed.

Working condition

• Work is performed in the individual's home, community settings, and agency sites.
• Position requires standing, walking, driving, and assisting with personal care.
• May involve physical tasks, lifting, or utilizing mobility-facilitating equipment.
