Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Pay Range: $12.50 - $14.00/hour | Weekly Pay

Available Shifts:
- Saturday & Sunday | 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM | 8:00 PM- 8:00 AM
- Opportunity for additional fill-in shifts
(Shift assignments may vary based on individual needs and scheduling.)

About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and reliable DSPs to provide hands-on support to an adult consumer in their home and community. This role focuses on promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life through person-centered care.
DSPs empower individuals to live in a home of their choice, access community resources, attend school or work, and participate in activities that are meaningful to them.
About the Individual you will Support:
The individual is friendly, helpful, communicative, and energetic, and enjoys positive interaction with others. The individual values community involvement and strong relationships with family and support staff.
The individual enjoys spending time with his dog Bella, being outdoors, walking, fishing, gaming on his PS5, collecting cars, and joking with support staff. The individual also values weekly visits with his father and spending time at cookouts and family gatherings.
The individual benefits from upbeat, patient, and respectful support, along with help understanding social cues and boundaries and space when needed.
The individual is working toward improving communication and literacy skills, building healthy relationships, and maintaining a clean home. The individual benefits from medication reminders, appointment support, and encouragement to maintain healthy routines and community engagement.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (or 1 year relevant experience)
- 18 years or older
- Required to pass background checks and required clearances
- Flexibility to work weekend schedules
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
Working Conditions:
- Work occurs in people's homes, community settings, and agency sites; may include standing, walking, and driving.
