Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP) Pay Range: $12.50 - $14.00/hour | Weekly Pay
Location: Camden, AR Available Shifts:

Saturday- Sunday| 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Shift assignments may vary based on individual needs and scheduling.)

About the Role:

We are seeking compassionate and reliable DSPs to provide hands-on support to an adult consumer in their home and community. This role focuses on promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life through person-centered care.

DSPs empower individuals to live in a home of their choice, access community resources, attend school or work, and participate in activities that are meaningful to them.

About the Individual you will Support:

The individual is easygoing, communicative, hardworking, and caring, and is appreciated for being The individual is funny, helpful, and hands-on, and is often described as someone who naturally supports others and enjoys being active and useful. The individual values independence and prefers having a stable living environment, especially in the community he is most comfortable in.

The individual enjoys practical and physical activities such as mowing, leaf blowing, fixing things, and helping others with tasks. The individual also enjoys social activities like bowling, movies, community events, and spending time with friends, housemates, and support staff.

The individual benefits from structure, support with community access, and assistance with maintaining safe routines during activities. The individual also benefits from encouragement to stay active during the day and support with planning and transportation needs.

The individual enjoys familiar foods, spending time with animals, and participating in community-based work and activities that keep him engaged and busy.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (or 1 year relevant experience)
• 18 years or older
• Required to pass background checks and required clearances
• Flexibility to work weekend schedules
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.

Working Conditions:

• Work occurs in people's homes, community settings, and agency sites; may include standing, walking, and driving.
• May involve exposure to challenging behaviors and physical tasks; agency provides training and supports.
• May involve lifting or using equipment to facilitate mobility.
