Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Class A CDL Driver who is willing and able to assist with labor duties when not driving.This is not a “just sit in the truck” role — it’s a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying active and being part of a hardworking crew. This position may include Striping, Thermo, or installing Guardrail. Industry experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Operate and drive commercial vehicles including tractor-trailers and flat bed trailers.
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety standards are met.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to commercial driving.
- Utilize manual transmission when required for specific loads or routes.
- Apply roadway markings (lane lines, crosswalks, arrows, symbols)
- Load and mix paint, thermoplastic, beads, and other marking materials
- Perform layout and measurement of road markings using plans and blueprints
- Conduct routine maintenance on striping equipment
- Set up traffic control devices (cones, signs, flagging)
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for the type of vehicle operated.
- Must be able to pass Drug Screening.
- Proven experience as a truck driver with a strong understanding of route driving and delivery processes.
- Familiarity with operating various types of trucks including dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and forklifts is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of freight handling procedures and load securing techniques.
- Excellent driving record with no major violations or accidents in the past few years.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 70.0 per week
