Overview
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Plumbing Operations Supervisor to lead and support our apprentice plumbers across residential, commercial, and service projects. This role is ideal for a skilled plumber who is ready to step into a leadership position or continue developing supervisory experience. Extensive management experience is not required- strong work ethic, quality workmanship, and the ability to guide others are essential.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and support apprentice plumbers in daily field operations
- Coordinate residential, commercial, and service plumbing tasks
- Perform and oversee installations, repairs, and maintenance work
- Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations
- Review completed work and provide constructive feedback and training
- Communicate job progress, material needs, and scheduling updates to management
- Maintain a professional job-site environment and positive team culture
- Lead by example with integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
Skills
- Solid understanding of plumbing systems, tools, and safety practices
- Ability to train, guide, and work alongside apprentices
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred (Not Required)
* Journeyman or Master Plumber license
* Prior supervisory or leadership experience
* Experience across residential, commercial, and service plumbing
* Desire to grow into a long-term leadership role
