What You'll Do
- Operate and maintain hot-water pressure-washing rigs and surface cleaners
- Complete commercial jobs Monday–Thursday, 9 pm–7 am, with occasional Saturday day shifts
- Inspect sites, set up safety cones / signage, and document before-and-after photos
- Lead and coach 1–2 crew members to meet quality standards
- Communicate job status to customers and the office team
Pay & Incentives
W-2 role paying $40,000–$50,000 a year plus performance bonuses and paid travel time.
Requirements
- Available 40 hours per week on night schedule
- 1 year in manual labor, construction, or exterior cleaning
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Able to lift 50 lbs, work outdoors, and pass a pre-employment drug screen
