Patient Coordinator, FT, Neurology Clinic

Position Summary: To provide exceptional customer service over the phone and in person. Complete patient check-in/out tasks and other administrative tasks as assigned. Greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and performing insurance verifications. Will also assist other staff with overflow work, as needed.

Required Education/Training/Experience: Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a physician medical office. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have previous customer service experience.
