Title: Director, Employee Health and Infection Prevention, FT Days Date Posted: 11/26/2025 --> Description: The RN/Employee Health & Infection Prevention Coordinator is responsible for the oversight and direction of the infection surveillance program and all Employee Health function. Also responsible for planning, directing, and implementing the infection prevention program and employee health functions within the hospital. Responsible for investigating infection problems and reporting these to the director of quality and for conducting IP rounds, data collection, and regulatory reporting. Responsible to facilitate the conduction of bimonthly Infection Control Committee Meetings and is accountable for and contributes to program development, problem solving and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary fashion. Routinely assigns and responsibly directs staff. This position is required to utilize independent judgment.
