Hospital/Clinic Greeter - Main Clinic (PRN)

Primary Duties

Welcome and guide: Greet people warmly and professionally, providing directions and assistance to help them navigate the facility.

Provide information: Answer questions about hospital/clinic services, departments, and policies. This may also involve distributing necessary information or forms.

Ensure safety and comfort: Monitor waiting areas for cleanliness and patient comfort. They may also support health protocols by screening visitors for health concerns or providing masks and hand sanitizer if needed.

Manage patient flow: Help direct people to their appropriate destinations, ensuring an orderly and efficient process.

Maintain confidentiality: Uphold patient privacy and follow HIPAA guidelines at all times.

Act as a liaison: Coordinate with other hospital staff, such as receptionists or clinical staff, to resolve issues or answer complex questions.
