Bindery Operator — Commercial Printing
Arkansas Graphics is hiring a Bindery Operator for our fast-paced, quality-driven print shop. We're looking for a self-motivated team player ready to jump in and produce quality work in a high-speed production environment.
What You'll Do
- Set up and run bindery equipment (folding, cutting, stitching, and other finishing machines)
- Follow work orders and setup specs to get jobs done right
- Log production data in our MIS system
- Follow QC procedures and inspect/confirm work against customer samples
- Support teammates and cross-train in other plant areas as needed
- Work safely and independently with minimal supervision
Reports to the Bindery Manager and Shift Supervisor.
What You'll Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read and follow job tickets, verbally and in writing
- Basic math skills; able to read a ruler to 1/32"
- Ability to lift 50 lbs routinely and use pallet jacks, hand trucks, and carts
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift repetitively for extended periods
- Available for overtime as needed
Details
- Full-time | $15–$20/hour
- 8–10 hour shifts, plus overtime as needed
