What are the responsibilities and job description for the Groundskeeper- Part Time position at Arkansas Golf Center?
The Groundskeeper will be responsible for assisting the general manager and heading up taking care of our entire golf range, TopTracer bays, and golf facilities.
- Driving Range - Prepare the range for daily use. Pick range balls as needed and maintain sufficient levels of balls in machines and associated tasks.
- Grounds Maintenance - Mow and weed eat regularly if instructed. Keep grounds clean and free from trash and debris
- Facility Maintenance - duties in this area are not required for this position, but any knowledge in this area is a PLUS! (e.g. carpentry, electrical, etc.).
Required Qualifications:
- Must be over 18 years old to apply
- Must be in good physical condition, willing and able to work outside in all seasons/conditions, walk and stand for extended periods of time, and have the ability to regularly lift 50 lbs
- Have the ability to work a flexible schedule based on seasonal needs of the business
- Possess a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Reliable and predictable attendance
Pay: From $11.00 per hour
