Role Description

The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring the facility provides a high-quality experience for all customers. Responsibilities include managing staff, overseeing retail operations, leading customer service initiatives, maintaining facilities, and driving business growth through operational excellence and strategic planning. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Conway, AR, requiring strong leadership and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

• Leadership and Team Management: Proven experience in managing and motivating teams to achieve performance goals and ensure smooth operations.
• Retail and Inventory Management: Knowledge of retail operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and sales strategies.
• Customer Service Excellence: Strong commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience with problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Business Strategy and Operations: Experience in driving revenue growth, budgeting, and implementing operational efficiencies.
• Industry Knowledge: A background in the golf industry or related fields is highly beneficial.
• Education and Additional Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools used in business and retail management.
