Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ health status and medical history.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor vital signs and recognize changes in patients’ conditions.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Assist in sterile processing and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Skills
Ideal candidates should possess the following skills:
- Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), progressive care, med/surg, or LTACH nursing.
- Knowledge of working with individuals with complex medical needs.
- Knowledge of caring for patients on ventilators is preferred.
- Skilled in IV insertion techniques.
- Ability to assess and monitor vital signs effectively.
- Competence in sterile processing techniques is a plus.
