We’re looking for an enthusiastic Account Associate to join us, someone who thrives face-to-face, builds relationships easily, and drives sales with integrity and service.
What You’ll Do as an Account Associate:
- Greet and interact with clients in-person at our location, delivering a warm, professional customer service experience.
- Present and explain our portfolio of AT&T business solutions (wireless mobility, fiber internet, unified communications) in a clear and compelling way.
- Identify client business needs, recommend appropriate services, and help close sales in collaboration with our team.
- Manage client accounts, follow up, maintain relationships, and support clients as their needs evolve.
- Work closely with the broader Arkansas Enterprise team to ensure clients receive outstanding service from first contact through implementation and beyond.
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance and a client-centric attitude at all times.
Account Associate Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in customer faced interactions.
- Ability to learn and speak knowledgeably about business technology solutions (training will be provided).
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reliable transportation
