Role Description The Program Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Little Rock/Ferndale, AR. This position supports the planning, coordination, and implementation of extension programs, including scheduling activities, organizing materials, and assisting with outreach efforts. The Program Associate helps collect and analyze program data, prepares reports, and contributes to the development of evidence-based educational resources. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with participants and partners, responding to inquiries, and providing logistical support for workshops, trainings, and community events. The role collaborates with faculty, staff, and community stakeholders to ensure programs are accessible, effective, and aligned with the mission of the Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service.

- Bachelor’s and 3 years' experience or Master's in a related field (such as agriculture, education, social sciences, or public administration) or equivalent relevant experience.
