- Works closely with users to deliver stable, reliable, and optimized analytics solutions.
- Independently leads analytics projects and components, ensuring successful delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Serves as an advanced resource for system analytics, performing complex troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution.
- Conducts rigorous testing of new functionalities and upgrades, validating data integrity and performance before implementation.
- Maintains system, project, and compliance documentation in alignment with HOPAA and organizational data governance standards.
- Provides guidance andmentorship to junior analysts, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinates and implements change control processes to ensure optimal performance and reliability of analytics systems.
- Oversees dashboards, reports, and metadata accuracy through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
- Applies knowledge of clinical, financial, and operational workflows to design data-driven solutions for cross-functional initiatives and audits.
- Collaborates with trainers and end users to enhance training materials, promote adoption of analytics tools, and support organizational goals.
