Description
- Leads the design and construction process to ensure that best value projects are developed for internal customers.
- Coordinates engineering and feasibility studies as needed based on the project(s).
- Develops and manages project(s) budget and schedule.
- Ensures project team coordination to achieve project(s) scope, schedule and budget.
- Provides value analysis ideas throughout the design and construction process
- Ensures that the project(s) meets client’s functional and operational needs.
- Accountable for all project communication between customers and project team.
- Establishes alliances with other departments and organizations by recognizing dependencies in order to assess potential partnership and commitment to the program.
- Understands and administers AC Project Management Process.
- Attends all planning and design meetings and participate in problem solving.
- Reviews project(s) design documents for accuracy and completeness including feedback from key stakeholders.
- Develops, monitors and is accountable for project(s) budget and schedule.
- Ensures adherence to project(s) drawings and specifications.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
