Assists with scheduling of staff, ordering supplies, assigning daily work. May serve as Lead, when Lead Tech is out.
Full Time, Monday - Friday 7:30am-4:00pm or 8:00am-4:30pm, Call every 4-6 weeks

Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college program or technical school or nursing diploma

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university

Description
- Is an expert and may serve as a Preceptor for staff in assisting the Interventional Radiologist or Radiology Assistant during procedures.
- May serve as a Preceptor to other team members for questions or concerns related to procedures or other patient care tasks.
- Is an expert, and may serve as a Preceptor in ensuring the correct patient, diagnosis, and exam and demonstrates correct & acceptable radiographic, positioning, and scrub techniques.
- Is an expert, and may serve as a Preceptor in explaining exams/procedures to patient and families.
- May serve as a Preceptor in demonstrating knowledge of all emergency equipment/supplies.
- Utilizes proper immobilization devices to control patient movement.
- Raises concerns related to patient care, patient safety or patient satisfaction to Lead or Supervisor.
- Maintains equipment and requests service as needed.
- Assists with service recovery, ensuring proactive communication with patients and families
- Performs other duties as assigned.
